UPS damages your prints
Send a photo of unopened box with damage and a photo of the damaged prints.
You recieve less than you ordered
Whether UPS lost a package or we sent the wrong amount.
Print and Color Issues
Ink or printing issues that affect the design (ex. color banding, total change of color)
Prints not matching approved proofs.9>
If there are elements that are different than the approved proofs.
Spelling or approved errors.
If you approve design and it arrives as approved, we can not replace them. Please spell check your proofs before approving
I’m not landing enough jobs
Marketing is trial and error along with testing. A template may work for certain locations and not for others. Keep optimizing!
My delivery got rained on.
For damages caused by not planning for delivery fall out of UPS and our control so we cannot refund for that. Please plan ahead!
