Print Fulfillment

All custom design orders, and print orders, are fulfilled and completed by Two Five Designs LLC.

Refunds & Returns

Two Five Designs LLC takes responsibility for printing issues including incorrect colors, product damage, incorrect quantity and incorrect size. In this case we will provide replacement or a full refund at purchasers request. Two Five Designs LLC also takes responsibility for damage to products in shipping and will provide replacements or full refund at purchasers request. 

Pricing

Pricing errors or inaccuracies may occur on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that contain pricing errors or inaccuracies, and we will provide a full refund to the customer in such cases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage customers to contact us if they have any questions or concerns.

Digital Files

Only watermarked digital files are provided for template orders. Watermark-free digital files are provided for custom orders only.

Design & Creative Rights

The images and designs contained on Wash Life’s website, and sub-sites, are protected by federal trademark and copyright laws. They are original works of uniquely crafted art. Therefore, individual business, designers or agencies that use or attempt to reproduce these designs, or close derivatives, will be subject to legal action.

Project Duration

Any indication given by Two Five Designs LLC of a design project’s duration is to be considered by the customer to be an estimation. Two Five Designs LLC cannot be held responsible for any project over-runs, whatever the cause. Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that cleared funds are received by Two Five Designs LLC for the initial payment or by date confirmed in writing by Two Five Designs LLC.

Licensing

Any design, copywriting, drawing, idea or code created for the customer by Two Five Designs LLC or any of it’s contractors, is licensed for use by the client on a one-time only basis and may not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way or form without the express written consent of Two Five Designs LLC and any of it’s relevant sub-contractors.

Other

The customer agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design will be liable to a separate charge.
